The following statements can be seen as different techniques to deal with conflict. Allocate a mark according to the technique you will use to deal with conflict.

5 marks: Extremely typical of my behaviour in a conflict situation.
4 marks: Reasonably typical of my behaviour in a conflict situation.
3 marks: Sometimes typical of my behaviour in a conflict situation.
2 marks: Rarely typical of my behaviour in a conflict situation.
1 mark: Never typical of my behaviour in a conflict situation.
